Guides identify their author or editorial team, publication date, latest review date, related practice, and external sources where a claim benefits from evidence. We avoid publishing large volumes of lightly edited AI articles.
Editorial policy
How english.cash handles content, AI, sources, and corrections
Product exercises can be generated for an individual learner. Public guides and methodology claims follow a separate editorial standard with visible authorship, dates, and sources.
Generated practice
A learner’s requested topic, CEFR level, and selected skill are passed to structured generation routes. Automated checks reject malformed, off-topic, unsupported, or wrong-language output where the activity contract allows that verification.
Feedback
Feedback should be grounded in the learner’s response, answer choices, transcript, or measured audio analytics. When pronunciation cannot be measured from typed text, the product should say so rather than infer it.
Corrections
Substantive corrections update the visible page and its review date. Readers can report an error through the product feedback control or email support@english.cash.
Commercial transparency
Pricing and access descriptions should match the live product. english.cash does not sell rankings, certificates, or guaranteed language outcomes.
Privacy
Public examples avoid customer data. Learners should not enter confidential company, medical, legal, or personal information into a practice prompt.
Report a problem
Include the page or activity, the language and level you selected, and what appeared incorrect. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or confidential information.
